Chyba Event ID: 16393 BITS has encountered an error...

Mám v Event Vieweru stále se opakující chybu:

Event ID: 16393
BITS has encountered an error communicating with an Internet Gateway Device. Please check that the device is functioning properly. BITS will not attempt to use this device until the next system reboot. Error code: 0x80004005.

Mám legální Windows 8.1 Pro update 2 x64bit anglickou verzi, samozřejmě jsem zkoušel googlit ale žádná rada zatím nepomohla.... nemáte nějakou radu??

Takže když jsem googlil tak na mně jako první vyběhla rada od Microsoftu:

To resolve this issue, do the following:

To perform these procedures, you must have membership in the local Administrators group, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.

Ensure that the Internet gateway device (IGD) supports Universal Plug and Play (UPnP).
If the IGD supports UPnP, verify that the IGD is turned on.
Confirm that a firewall is not blocking UPnP traffic (TCP 2869 and UDP 1900).
Restart the IGD.
Restart the BITS Service. To restart the BITS Service, do the following:
Open an elevated command prompt. To open an elevated command prompted, type Start, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.
Type sc stop bits and then press ENTER.
Type sc start bits and then press ENTER.

If the problem persists, check for updates for the IGD from the manufacturer.

Nemohl by mně prosím někdo "česky" říci co mám dělat ?

není mi jasná část (jak to mám udělat):

ostatní co se týče restartu služby BITS v příkazovém řádku není problém.

Podle všeho ti nějaký antivir/firewall blokuje přístup na ty uvedené porty a BITS/WUA nekomunikuje s BITS (nejedou ti kvůli tomu aktualizace Win).

Zkontroluj si nastavení antiviru/FW.

V nastavení Antiviru jsem nic nenašel (Avira free) a firewall mám ten co je ve Windows - nevíte, kde se to tam nastavuje?

takže jinak
prosím o polopatickou radu, jak ve Windows 8.1 nastavim porty (viz. výše) ve vestavěném firewallu.

takže vyřešeno tak, že jsem nastavil službu BITS na disable... nevim jestli je to úplně správný řešení, ale chyby už se nezobrazujou.... nic jinýho jsem na netu nenašel.....
