nejde vložir CD klíč

ahoj.koupil jsem si originál hru Splinter Cell Chaos theory a když hru nainstaluju a chci jí spustit,tak to chce (ochranný systém) cd-key.mám tu na obalu nálepku:Install Key Code a kod a pak ještě na manuálu CD-Key a kod a ani jeden z nich tam nepasuje.nevíte jak je to možný?

reklamace, tohle se mi uz taky stalo, posilal jsem Doom3 primo cd projektu a poslaly mi zpetne uplne novy vcetne cd keye..
..u Chaos Theory je starforce pokud se nemylim, jeden klic se dava u instalace a ten druhy pri vyzvani u spusteni, az probehne kontrola tak uz se ptat nebude, jinak nenavidim starforce - asi nejvetsi svinstvo a nechapu jak ho mohly dat k tak skvele hre

já tam mám právě jeden na obalu(Install Key Code) a jeden na manuálu (CD-Key) a chce to po mě klíč jen po instalaci při spuštění hry???(ochranný systém).u instalace to ode mě nechce,tak si taky říkám proč mám klíče dva

tak jsem psal e-mail do megahry.eu a napsali mi že je to chyba tisku a že mám nahradit 8-B a naopak

Zdravim.. Narazil jsem na stejny problem pri instalaci..
A odpovedi jsem se dohledal na podpore ubisoftu.

Question
When I enter the key given to 'check the disk', it says that the key was entered incorrectly. What is the problem?
Answer
Please make sure that you are entering the key correctly. A common error, is mistaking the letter 'B' for the number '8'.
Also, you only need to enter the first (larger) 25 digit string of numbers and letters listed in the center of the sticker inside the box. Disregard the smaller digit string in the lower corner of the sticker.
The install code is: HLK7Y-LJSX6-USTUW-J9B6J-PGVMZ. This code is only used during the installation.
The online CD key is printed on the back of your manual in the format SC3-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The CD key is only entered when you are attempting to join a multiplayer game.
