ATI's Folding@Home
Folding@Home is a distributed computing project designed by the Stanford University. The application performs intensive simulations of protein folding. Known Issues Under the Windows Vista Operating System
This section provides information on known issues associated with the ATI Catalyst™ Vista RTM driver for both the 32bit and 64bit versions of the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. These include:

Enabling CrossFire™ in the Radeon™ HD2900 XT will result in an error message and Crossfire will not actually be enabled. Further information and a hotfix for this issue can be found in topic number 737-28188.
Playing a DVD under the Windows Vista operating system using the Windows Media Player may result in the DVD failing to play when switching between display devices using the hot-key function. Further details can be found in topic number 737-24472. This issue is resolved in Catalyst 7.7
Resuming from an S3 state may result in a longer than expected time for the Windows Vista operating system to resume. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25798
Hot-plugging a CRT to a system running Windows Vista and containing an ATI Radeon™ X1100/1150 series of product may result in extended desktop mode failing to be applied. Further details can be found in topic number 737-2580. This issue is resolved in Catalyst 7.8
The desktop shortcut to the Catalyst Control Center may disappear after performing a Windows Anytime Upgrade on some hardware configurations running Vista. Further details can be found in topic number 737-27078. This issue is resolved in Catalyst 7.7

Making changes to the Color aspect found in the Catalyst™ Control Center without applying the changes may result in the Reactivate ATI color controls button remaining active after the Catalyst™ Control Center is closed and then re-launched. Chystám se je taky zkusit,ale od 7.5 přestala fungovat podpora FSAA v Silent Hunter III kterej mě dost zajímá,ani 7.4 s CCC ho nepodporovaly.Zajímavý je,že 7.4 s CP ho uměj.Je to divný,ale je to tak.Zkusím 7.6,ale pochybuju,že se něco změní,nicméně kvůli teplotě je dám...

ja sem s x1950pro zadny pokles nezaznamenal tudiz podle me se pokles teploty tyka jen 2kovy rady

jinak sem zatim vlastne nepostrehl zadnou zmenu. ale taky je pravda ze vyuzivam zlomek funkci ovladacu

klesly mi teploty v IDLE o 5-10°C ted mam 38°C a pomaloucku klesa

asi naky SW vypnuti nake cast cipu pri 2D nebo naky upravy v jadre buhvi

tak zatim 37°C a stale trosku klesa podle me se ustali na 36°C coz je paradicka jeste skusim 3D rezim jaky teploty budou tam

dodatek tak opravdu teplota se ustalila na 36°C na jadre a 40°C (PCB\ramky)

a to mam asi spatne nasatenej HR_03 protoze sem ho tuhle prendaval a stoupla mi teplota o 5-8°C, takze v nejbizsi dobe ho opet prendam, podle me spatne doleha kraj dosedaci plochy protoze jedna krajni trubicka je vlazna nacez ostatni sou varici

pak by mohla teplota klesnout nekam k 32°C

v IDLE

Dalsi poznatek klesla mi spotreba PC v IDLE asi o 20W takze opravdu se vypina asi naka nepotrebna cast cipu ve 2D

No ono ked to kazdy mesiac reinstalujes tak ti vznika bordel v registroch ...aj w oknach celkovo .. takze kazdy mesiac menit drivery ..to je "vopicarna"

vždycky nemá, pokud to jsou mrdáky jako 7.5 které shazujou systém. právě proto jsem položil otázku, na kterou bohužel nikdo neodpověděl

zombux: vis jak to je... s nejakou hodnoutou v registru se to nepohodne a je to na pytel... mi se s 7.5 nic nestalo... tohle neni ani tak problem, proste nahoda, smula. rekl bych, ze se vzdycky nekdo najde, komu to zpusobi nejaky problem.

Na x1900xt konečne funguje (po peknych par mesících) Vsync bez vetších komplikací ... malej zázrak.

Co jsem videl pri lanu tak stíny v CoH furt děs, když se umí, tak se umí.
