Nemuzu zapnout nektery aplikace a nemuzu instalovat, vetsinou se to zasekne na 105KB pametu, cpu nepracuje. Je ale zajimavy ze to se tyka aplikaci jako je VLC, Opera, miranda IM, Steam, her a installeru.
Java aplikace jedou, IE jede bez problemu.
Deje se to od ty doby se sem nainstaloval MSI Afterburner a pri startu me zatuhlo PC poprvy sem to vyresil vycistenim temp slozky nicmene sem to musel delat v nouzovem rezimu, pak byl od toho nachvily klid a vratilo se to zpet (MSI AFterburner uz nemam).
Vetsinou se to vyresilo prave tim cistenim tempu a registru pres ccleaner nicmene sem porad nechapal proc se to vraci tak sem si nainstaloval v nouzaku AVAST a ten nic nenasel nicmene po instalaci avastu se to nevracelo, kdyz ale avast vypnu tak pristi zapnuti pc to je zpet.
Zkousel jsem opravu systemu, SFC /scannow, cetl jsem neco i o bat virech ktery vypinaji sluzby atd ale avast nenasel nic.
cisteni tempu ale nepomaha pokazdy a "reseni" tohoto problemu trva pokazde dyl kdyz se tak stane.
Nicmene kdyz se kouknu do eventlogu tak vypada to ze je tam docela problem:

v nouzovym rezimu vse funguje v poradku, i ta opera jde zapnout, taknejak v jinych rezimech vsechno funguje v poradku (Debbuging mode, nouzovy rezim se siti, a dalsi)
tak jestli nekdo ma tuseni nebo jestli je mozne to nejak opravit, nemyslim si ze vse resit reinstalaci je profesionalni
(ja si ji ted ani dovolit nemuzu) 
jinak by sem se stim tak nemazal a uz reinstalovalPS: ted uz sem opet v normalnim rezimu win7 a jede to, pokusy o vycisteni pres cclean nepomohli ale po ztraveni nejake doby v nouzovem rezimu to uz jde.
Taky jsem zjistil ze treba pokud aplikace se dokaze spustit rychle pri startu systemu tak se spusti bez problemu (steam s automatickym spustenim pri startu)
s timhle sem se jeste nesetkal, mel sem kdysy na XP neco podobneho ve forme viru ale tehdy nefungovalo vubec nic a jako prvni to postihlo systemove aplikace (Explorer, Iexplorer) tohle je docela odlisny
