For the third quarter of 2021, AMD reported $4.3B in revenue, making a massive 54% jump over a year-ago quarter for AMD, when the company made just $2.8B in a then-record quarter. That makes Q3’21 both the best Q3 and the best quarter ever for the company, continuing a trend that has seen the company’s revenue grow for the last 6 quarters straight – and this despite a pandemic and seasonal fluctuations.
As for AMD’s ongoing Xilinx acquisition, while the company doesn’t have any major updates on the subject, they are confirming that they’re making “good progress” towards securing the necessary regulatory approvals. To that they, they are reiterating that it remains on-track to close by the end of this year.

Pevne verim, ze sa nevratia casy totalneho monopolu ala uvedenie Core rok 2006
nutně nemusí, stačí jim shodit jen Ryzen 7 5800X, zbytek netřeba. Content lidi mají pořád na výběr lehce výkonnější a hlavně úspornější Ryzeny 9. A AMD taky ví, že dostupnost Core i9 ALder je nic moc...Takže málokdo z lidí kdo chce ted stavět kompa, tak bude čekat třeba 3-4 týdny, než na něj dojde CPU.
V lednu bych čekal nějaké oznámení launche Zen3 V-cache. A tím zas si fanoušky udrží (ono s emůže stát, že nakonec zas AMD herní výkon s těmito procáky přetáhne na svou stranu)

Jen aby prave marze nesly celkove nahoru. Kdyz uz nebudou tolik Ryzeny mizet z regalu muzou dedikovat jeste vic jader pro EPYC/TR a retail nebude kricet, ze nema co prodavat.
Asi je jasne, ze EPYC a TR maji vyssi marzi nez obycejny 1 CCD Ryzen.
