Known Issues
Performance drop may be experienced while playing Fortnite™ with Multithreaded Rendering and DirectX® 11 API on some AMD Graphics Products such as the Radeon® RX 6900 XT Graphics.
Stuttering may be experienced while playing Call of Duty®: Warzone™ on the Caldera map with some AMD Graphics Products such as the Radeon® RX 6900 XT Graphics.
Higher than expected CPU usage when Instant Replay is enabled on some AMD Graphics Products such as the Radeon® RX 6900 XT Graphics.
GPU utilization may be stuck at 100% in Radeon performance metrics after closing games on some AMD Graphics Products such as Radeon™ 570.
Display may flicker black during video playback plus gameplay on some AMD Graphics Products such as the Radeon™ RX 6700 XT.
Using Radeon™ Super Resolution on 2560x1600 resolution displays may produce a system hang. A temporary workaround is to set the display Scaling Mode to Full Panel.
Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to occur when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may be experiencing issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
Radeon performance metrics and logging features may intermittently report extremely high and incorrect memory clock values.

Tohle je pro me zasadni problem, pac vsechny ostatni novejsi ovladace budou asi na OLEDU stutterfest.Kurva proc se v tom AMD muselo hrabat

I just did, cause I'm getting bad stuttering in Destiny 2 and Overwatch. Didn't work even after I used DDU and installed 22.5.2 again. I'll try and roll back to 22.5.1, and see if it helps. Reference 6900XT and latest AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.7.
EDIT: No stuttering with 22.5.1 in OW and Destiny 2.
Nejsi, ale mě to jakžtakž funguje. Resp až na video akcelerce, ale tam je to ihmo ňákej konflikt/podělání s adaptive sync protože když to pustim na druhej monitor co jej nemá tak tam to jede plynule, a to i když to dam do klonu. Když to dám do klonu tak monitor s aktivnim freesync stutteruje a ten bez ne. Samsung TV real-time hlásí input framerate a lítá to jak na hroské dráze, tzn během videa to prostě z ňákého důvodu dělá borden na adaptive sync, jako kdyby to samotnej player/browser považovalo za hru. Nicméně mé staré workaroundy (FF bez akcelerace a chromia force 120hz mod bez adaptive sync) stále fungujou takže s tim můžu žít. Jinak hry mi jedou krásně nepozoruji žádné problémy, ale jsem stále na win10 (a ještě asi dlouho budu win11 suxx), včera jsem udělal upgrade z 1909 na 21H2 a nezměnilo se co se týče GPU výkonu a chování driveru vůbec nic.

Deje se to v cele hre.Rise of the tomb raider epic game store verze.Jinak jsem zkousel AC odyssey a far cry5 a zda se to bez problemu.
Co se tyce youtube problemu:Sekaj se AV1 4K@60fps videa.VP9 4K@60fps jsou bez problemu.Vypada to, ze nefunguje hw akcelerace AV1.Vypnuti freesync nepomuze.Zkousel jsem chrome i edge.Firefox nepodporuje AV1, takze tam jsou jen VP9 videa.
Co se týče Destiny 2, tak já problém nemám v single player (mám taky poslední insider preview verzi W11)
V PVP ze začátku se to škube (shader cache) po chvíli to přestane. S tím možná něco půjde dělat.
RoTR nemám bohužel.

A když vypneš HW akceleraci v browseru tak to udělá co? 4K 60 by měl CPU dát, až u 8K nastává situace že "bez GPU ani ránu".
