Problem when writing and mouse "click"?

I have this problem:

When i open some editor for writing, for example word, and there is a dash blinking that indicate that i can write a text...

When I move mouse over something else, this dash will disappear in 1 or 2 seconds, so i cant write in this word, and i have to click on the text field again and leave mouse pointer here on this field.

The problem is, that when I am moving from one program to other, and here i click on word below on windows, and leave mouse here, ( like i always did it, and like its normal to do it) - then i start to write something - and in few second it stopped to write - i look on keyboard when writing, so sometime i find out that I am not writing anything.

Can someone help me with this problem?
