Zdravim,
Pote me napadlo přehodit disk do druhého ntb a přeinstalovat winy tam.

Problem solved !

The solution:
1. Removed the disk & connected it to another computer as the only hard disk (instead of the other computers hard disk)
2. Change the other computer boot order to boot from CD
3. Booted the other computer with the recovery CD
4. Entered the recovery console and run fixboot command
5. Connected the hard disk to the laptop
That is it
Now everything is working including entering to the bios
Why it happend ?

Microsoft tell us this is solved with XP SP2 well -
the last thing I did is erasing ~10000 files accidently extracted to C: hen closing the screen and letting the computer sleep then tried start again... The rest is history.....
